LED Screen Spare Parts
Receiving Card
The Receiving Card (aka Receiving Board) plays a part in supplementing LED Module signal connection. It is directly connected to the Transfer Board as shown in Diagram 1 below. Signal is taken from the Transfer Board and sent to the Receiving Card, thus distributing the signal across LED modules. Generally speaking, there are four LED modules per Receiving Card as shown in Diagram 2 below.
Switching Power Supply
It is the source of electrical energy for the equipment or devices that we use, which has many types. here are types that are linear Power Supply, that is, Tranfromer and Non-linear Power Supply or Switching Power Supply, especially the Switching Power Supply that we will use. Let’s introduce this. It is a device that supplies electrical energy to various electrical devices. It converts alternating current (AC) voltage to direct current (DC) voltage due to various electrical devices. DC voltage is required for functions in the device to work. (Send voltage to Capacitor or Chips of that device)
Video Controller
Displaying a video wall with a normal LED screen (LED Display) may not be special enough anymore in this era. Video wall controllers will help increase the flexibility of displaying the screen. By connecting each LED screen (LED Display) that we have Allow us to divide the display according to needs. Whether it is displaying a video wall on a single screen, including 4 screens as the same image, or projecting video wall images together on the entire wall with all screens, it can be done.
